Straps are great for lifts where grip strength becomes a limiting factor, and wraps are great for a lot of movements where you want to avoid putting weight on the wrist as opposed to the muscles you're trying to work.These have worked fine for me so far without any wear and tear, and are comfy enough considering how tight they go. Would recommend for anyone wanting to build muscle whilst still building forearm/grip strength (some people will say don't use them and work on grip strength first - but you will be losing out on the potential gains from lifting heavier with certain exercises e.g. Romanian deadlifts)

love these, they are very good, 1 point would be that the wrist strap itself doesn't get tight enough for smaller wrists.

Honestly, I didn’t expect durability like I’ve had from these. They’ve lasted years now of hard use and are still going strong. Also pretty comfortable as far as straps go.I’ve recommended them to all of my friends who also go gym.

These lifting straps were just what I wanted!I knew that I wanted some straps that were comfortable on the wrist and had good grip.These straps do exactly that, the wrist wrap is nice and soft but doesn’t restrict movement.The straps have rubber that help with your grip too.I used these for deadlifts today and they were so useful and a worthwhile purchase.

Strong straps that can take very heavy weights but around the wrist can get irritated very easily.Wouldn't recommend for deadlifts due to this but general back/pull lifts other than deadlifts they are great. Superb for general back movements as they have great grip!

Good quality and should last long time. For those of us who are new too using the straps I personally found the video online very helpful. I deadline lift over 80kg and the straps have really help me. I only recently started to use them and so far so good.

We had wrist wraps before and we loved them but then I lost them and I knew we need more. I ordered a cheaper brand having spent more last time but boy did I regret it. The cheaper brand fell apart as so as i started to wrap it. THESE HOWEVER... are awesome, they're as strong as the ones i had previously, they're comfortable and stylish.My husband loves that it comes with straps, he's never really used them before properly as he didn't like the way they felt but these have allowed him to lift more!The wrist wraps are made to a high standard.
