Such a waste of my money. I have chronic stones... a type these said to break up. These didn't break anything up... there was zero evidence that they did anything at all. Yet, they're supposed to be the best OTC on the market? 😅

Never had kidney stones, by God's grace (though Jesus would be just as loving and amazing if i did have them still it's a blessing) but these are natural supplements and minerals good for overall health so I'm thankful to take them. So i can't say anything about making stones not occur but i do like the supplement for overall bone and joint health and even sleep support

Took only 6 and it did work. But I don't know if I need them anymore.
