Okay…
The product had a horrible smell as soon as I opened the box. There also appeared to be some issues transporting it because my bottles came dented and the box was beat up a bit. However, the product worked and results were EXACTLY what I was looking for. The instructions were also very clear and concise!

Missing Waving Lotion
Poor quality control recieved box but only had the heat activator and neutralizer no wave lotion making porduct useless. Waste of money! DO NOT BUY!!!

Just what I needed
Everything needed was included in the box (except of course the rollers/rods. Easy to follow directions and results as expected. the extra large endpapers might be welcome to some but with my short hair and small rollers, it was an overkill. Finally had to fold them in half to usse.

Works really good to my hard to perm Asian hair.Just follow the instructions and for sure you will save some bucks for doing your perms at home than going in a salon.RESULTS ARE LIKE PRO.
