Definitely gives a way better grip than the original, is slightly bigger, still small enough to carry it concealed.

The mag extensions i've seen by the other vendors looked like "wedges" and in no way followed the basic shape of the gun. these do and they allow me to get 3 fingers on the grip. A slight bit of smoothing on one spot with my wifes fingernail board took away the belly rub.tk

I don't have a problem shooting my BG380 for a mag or two's worth of rounds at short proficiency drills. However, I figured an extension might be great for (rare) range sessions where I may shoot 50-100 rounds. I thought the size and style of these was better than some of the others out there so gave them a try. When the extensions arrived, the fit and finish on these did not disappoint. However after install, I discovered that they really add little usable grip face rea due to the thick, upturned ridge/lip they have at the front of the base. These were advertised to add an inch of grip but when I measured them with my Vernier calipers, they only added a 0.4" total and only 0.2" of that was actually area that you could get a finger on. What's more is with the extension installed, my 4 fingers fit so tight that the knuckle on my middle finger was forced HARD into the bottom of the trigger guard. ( I take a med/Large glove and don't have exceptionally big hands.) I didn't need to shoot the BG with the extension to know it was going to hurt. Summary: This was a nicely made and good looking extension but it needs to be redesigned to add another 1/4" AND get rid of that space robbing lip at the bottom. As they are, I don't see them being of any benefit to anyone other than women or others with smaller hands. Unfortunately, I'll be returning these.

These mag extenders fit snug and line up with the bottom of the grip. I am able to get all my fingers on the grip with these. Are well made and thick walled. No texturing.

Easy to install and perfect size and fit.
