Upgradable to elasticated method feeders to give you that edge once the fish is hooked there is no chance it’s going to get off because of the constant pressure on the line.Used some 1.8 pole elastic with a quick change bead for the hook length and a snood clip to connect to the main line so quick and easy unto use.The mould is not a good fit but with some heat from the cooker gas ring I have been able to make it a great fit just wish you could just buy the feeders on their own as I have several moulds that will never get used

🎣 This collection offers a selection of environmentally friendly feeders without lead content. The set comprises method feeders featuring a zinc framework, a through-line tube, and a feed mould. They come in three different weights.🐟 The zinc construction is a good choice for its eco-friendliness compared to traditional lead-based and plastic-coated alternatives. The worry of losing feeders and leaving lead in the water is mitigated by these feeders. I struggled to find mention of this on the product, and this is a really important point, and I would have thought it would be important.🎣 Their weight distribution of the feeder frame feels right, and I really like that the bait volume remains consistent while adjusting the weight for casting. It’s a great feature that the whole frame can be detached from the tube and swapped for a different one without disturbing the hook setup. This way, you can adjust the cast and sink rates quickly. I trust that the rubber caps will hold onto the tube after repeated casts, particularly when wet, but only time will tell.🐟 Overall, there are minimal downsides to the feeders themselves. The major negative comes with the bait mould. The feeders do not fit into the mould, so that part is completely useless. You can mould the bait by hand on the feeders, but you start to get an inconsistent volume. Principally, why buy the complete kit if the mould does not work? This would have been easy to check for quality at the factory. One minor improvement could be a softer bait mould for easier handling, but this is no great problem compared with throwing the mould in the bin. This is a great shame, and I think the set is worth 3 stars, with the heavy lifting being done by the frames. ⚖️

I haven't used a feeder like thi sbefore but it looks like it will do the job fine.The unit itself is nicely made and should hold up well.The feed compressor seems a little small but maybe it is because it sits on top of the feeder rather than it going inside it - but that does make it tricky to position.On the whole is good value and I look forward to putting it into full use
