Good Bang for the Buck
I had a job coming up that was going to require me to cut a bunch of EMT with precise lengths. I started out with a few pieces using my 14" diamond blade chop saw. I really didn't like having to use the wire wheel on my grinder to smooth the ends. I decided to buy a new tubing cutter that had a carbide wheel since I really didn't want to load the chop saw and grinder in my van to take to the job site. This cutter worked great. The cuts left very little ridge around the inside to be reamed out if I were going to be pulling wire through them.Works good on copper as well. No spiraling, and the large handle makes it easy to crank down the wheel with each rotation. It came with 2 extra cutting wheels that I will probably lose before I ever need to replace the original wheel. Too bad it doesn't have extra wheel storage in the handle.

Ease of use
I have used many tubing cutters over the past 30 years, non brand name and top name brand cutters. This is by far and with no comparison the absolute be cutter I have ever used. I cannot express the value of a good tool and this is now one of my best in my tool bag. You won't be disappointed with the purchase of this tubing cutter. It will be with out a doubt, the best cutter you have ever used. As for the cost, 1/3 of the cost of the top name brands if not more. I am purchasing a couple more just in case someone decides they like it more than I do.

Did The Job On Stainless Tubing
I was skeptical that a tube cutter at this price would actually do the job on stainless tubing. Since this was my first, and probably last time I would need to cut stainless tubing I didn't want to pay up for a professional cutter so I did my research and settled on this one. I only had about 6" of clearance so I needed sometime small but would cut a 1.2" diameter thin wall 316 SS shaft on my livescope turret for my forward facing sonar on the bass boat. I started slow, as directed, and made small tightening adjustments of the blade so as not to break the blade. The cut was clean with very minor burring. The extra two blades included in the package are a bonus. I would recommend this cutter for thin wall stainless tubing jobs.
