Fast
Damn thing grinds pork faster than I can cut pork of the bone - it’s a good machine for the price - I can’t believe I ground meat by hand all those years. It did 5 pounds of pork into sausage in way under 5 minutes- can’t wait to try it on a whole deer or elk and try the sausage stuffing feature.Takes some work to get it clean - but no more than my old hand grinder - don’t know from an engineering standpoint, how that could be improved, however.Thing seems heavy duty and well built. Very simple to assemble and take down for cleaning and storage

Great grinder and very quiet!
Mainly use this for grinding lean beef, but have also ground chicken and a filling mixture for crepes. Works great and is so quiet it doesn’t wake my wife when I use it early in the morning. Haven’t tried stuffing sausage yet. Very easy to clean, but absolutely must be hand washed. Just takes a few minutes so don’t let that scare you off. Highly recommended.

Better than expected.
Our first batch of sausage was 13 lbs. 3 lbs of turkey breakfast sausage and 10 lbs of 60/40 Pork/turkey sausage for smoking. The grinding went very fast and easy. One time through and done. The stuffing was a little difficult because we didn't know what we were doing but still wasn't bad. All in all the machine works very well, tomorrow we are going to make a small batch (4/5 lbs) of Cajun green onion pork sausage.

Awesome
I think this definitely should be rated a lot higher. Unless there was some bad production runs, this thing is a beast. I bought my first one from Amazon that was cheaper and believe me, this one has higher quality components. Everything seems to be made out of high quality stainless steel and feels high quality. And the power is very good. But the thing I like the most is that it is so much quieter than my other grinder. My family can hear now when I am grinding meat. Also, my other one had some type of cheap metal and at the end of my grind, there would be some dark residue on the last bit of meat. That does not happen on this one. I have used three different grinders and this one is the best by far. Also easier to clean due to the high quality components. I have not had the opportunity to try more expensive meat grinders but I don't think I will need to as this one does exactly what I want.

Works great for dog food
The missus is happy because the dogs are happy. However not so happy about the bird issue.

This unit motor was broken when arrived the power light was on nothing worked
Assembly was easier, I mixed 25 pounds of sausage. Got everything hooked up turned on the unit, it made a weird noise, stopped, Power light stayed on nothing worked no motor power. I unplugged it. Hit reset button, check the outlet, looked at the plug. Everything was fine plugged it back in still dead. Had two others try it nothing. Needless to say I was stuck with no way to stuff sausage. The machine and box looked perfect so this was so dissappointing and to top it off, I couldnt get another one in return two associates said it wasnt available for return exchange, now I am stuck with meat no machine. I will add its horrible to clean and messy as heck, that took over 35 minutes to get the sausge out with a brush to clean to return the item. NOT HAPPY at all and the reviews were fabulous which prompted my sale on this item.

I like it.
Far superior to the kitchenaid. Blazes through regular beef and beef heart. Can have a little trouble with suet. Especially if cold. Just need to slow down and alternate suet with meat.Seems to be well constructed. I could see it having trouble with tendons and what not, I wouldn't try bones, but if you need that don't fool around, spend the 6 to 8 hundred bucks and get a commercial unit.
