A great gaming device that can teleport you right back to childhood!
The Powkiddy RGB20S is a fantastic handheld emulator that transports you right back to childhood for those of us gaming when these games first hit the market! It's also great for the newer generations interested in "retro" gaming! It does use a chip-set that's considered to be dated now, but this device is well rounded and keeps up with more expensive devices made for the same purpose. I love this device SO much, I want people to have the best initial experience possible so I'll be honest about the fact these devices do come with a hefty learning curve for people new to these devices. These devices can be frustrating or they seem daunting to new folks, take a breath and know it isn't really that tricky. There are endless websites, videos, and forums dedicated to walking people through the steps. Do some research, just accept that the included SD cards are unreliable (not the device) so have a pair ready, and take it one step at a time. These machines once set-up, are hours of fun! I highly recommend this device, and have played it everyday since receiving it. This isn't my first device made for this purpose so I assure you it becomes second nature and is worth the initial time investment.

Graphics💯 Battery💯 Games🆗 MARIO❌
The RGB205 handheld game console is a fun little device for retro gaming enthusiasts. Here's a breakdown of its pros and cons:Pros:Sharp Graphics: The games display with good graphics quality on the 3.5-inch screen.Comfortable Design: The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to hold and play for extended periods.Long Battery Life: You can enjoy hours of gaming on a single charge.Cons:Limited Game Selection: While there are many pre-installed games, a significant portion aren't that great.Missing Classics: Disappointingly, some classic games like Mario Bros. are missing.BUT ... Tony Hawk Baybay(!)—One pre-installed game that IS dope: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater! Oh so much of my life has been spent playing this game. A lot of nostalgia and fun–even for OG gamers.Overall:The RGB205 is a decent option for retro gaming. It has a good screen, comfortable design, and long battery life. However, the lack of some classic titles and the inclusion of many mediocre games bring down the experience a bit if your idea is to just hand this over to a younger kid. If you're looking for a handheld console specifically for those nostalgic favorites, you might need to do some additional hack-search. But if you're open to exploring some lesser-known titles alongside some classics like Tony Hawk, this could be a fun option.

Alot of fun but learn a little about ArkOS before using
I found this to be a pretty capable game system for the most part. There are alot of retro handheld game systems on the market these days in this price range and none are perfect but some are better than others. I found this relatively easy to learn to use even though I had never used ArkOS operating system before. That is because in some ways alot of the different operating systems out there do have some similarities in how they operate and what buttons do what. That being said if you are unfamiliar with retro handheld gaming systems do yourself a favor and learn a little about ArkOS before using this. It's not hard but can save alot of frustration down the road to have some knowledge. Most of the games I tried to play worked. I said most not all. You can change emulators for the games to try and find one that performs better for you. For instance n64 has 5 different emulators to choose from. For the games I tried I needed to change from the default emulator to a different one to get the performance I wanted. This is true for all of the game consoles this emulates so learn to do that for a better experience. Once you are comfortable with the menus and what all of the button combinations do you can have a great time. The screen looks nice and vibrant. The controls all work as well as I would expect. The joysticks actually work better than I was expecting. Its pretty comfortable to hold but if you play for hours on end it will probably cramp your hands. The sound on this isn't bad but I hook all of my retro handhelds up to an external wireless speaker using the headphone out to auxiliary input on the speaker. This sounds excellent if you've never tried it. The battery life seems pretty decent but I don't know exactly how long because I always charge my games back up when I'm done playing. Mine came in a really nice zipper case with a screen protector and some stickers to put on the face if I choose. The included directions are limited and also hard to read because the print is so small but if you do as I said and learn some about ArkOS you really don't need them. I gave this 5 stars for the simple fact that there are enough games on this that play perfectly fine to last the average person years if not forever. As a kid I was lucky to have 12 different games to choose from vs the thousands this offers and if what you want isn't on here you can download it and add it to the game card. There are videos that show and explain exactly how to do this. Overall this is a nice handheld and I'm glad to add it to my collection.
