This is a very unique product, especially as I've never been aware of a scalp exfoliating scrub, and a body scrub as well! I was very intrigued to try the scalp scrub aspect, so I did! I have very thick very long hair it took a bit to work it down to my scalp, sure some got on my hair but the point was to deposit it on my scalp so I could get this rub benefit from it and I did! Do you ever feel after you shampoo and condition that there could be more you could do for your scalp but can't exactly pinpoint it? My scalp has always felt clean when I'm done but just feels like I guess your face and other body parts when you know you need to lift some dead skin away, I tried it and I really enjoyed it this is one of those items that you never knew you needed, but I am so glad to have experienced this product and the resulting very refreshed scalp! It was easy to work in it was extremely gentle it's not a harsh abrasive exfoliant but rather a very soft and pleasant one and if you think it's not doing anything think again because the results are most definitely visible with your eyes and your sense of touch. same goes for using this lovely scrub on your body it's very gentle very effective it rinses clean with no more effort than rinsing off soap. What it leaves behind in your skin is very nourishing with the oils -you are softly clean not stripped of moisture.The scent of mint and Lily peaked my curiosity, it was hard to imagine but it's a very very unobtrusive soft pleasant scent, it's so light it's enjoyable it does not offend the senses.I found it was equally easy and convenient to work with the scrub you unscrew the cap and just grab up a bunch with your fingers like a fistful and then just start applying it, I used it both bare handed and with a scrubby glove, it does its job either way it just depends what area you wish to address and how much skin you feel you need to exfoliate would determine what pressure and application method would suit your individual needs.I can't think of any negatives with this product other than I wish I had known about a scalp scrub well in advance make that years ago! Overall I'm enjoying using and telling other Amazon shoppers all about this great product. I'd say give it a try not everything is for everybody but I feel that this is a unique and worthwhile product, which I will continue using because it's such a pleasure with such mellow and not overly aggressive results to my skin in any way shape or form. A truly lovely product worth your time. Wanted to add that in my opinion a little bit goes a long way and I have scoop some fistfuls out and the container still looks pretty full, once it melts it just spreads out and works it's magic!So glad to have tried this I, really am!

I really enjoy using this body scrub. I had written off any scrubby body washes because either: They were awful for your skin, or they had microbeads which pollute our waterways. This scrub uses sea salt for the scrubby part, so it’s actually ecological, and it’s not terribly harsh on your skin.The scent is light and fresh. I was worries the mint would be a bit overpowering, but it’s just right. I have tried it on my scalp as well, and I was shocked as to how nice it feels.

I love the smell, and the scrub leaves my body feeling soft afterward. The particles in the scrub also dissolve as I use it. The downside is that I don't necessarily feel like this is a true body scrub. The abrasive material dissolves so quickly once I apply it to my skin that I'm not sure it works as an exfoliant. I can feel it for no more than a second before it’s completely dissolved. At that point, I might as well consider it just a regular body wash.As much as I like the smell and the feeling, I wouldn't consider it an exfoliant, as it simply doesn't contain enough abrasive particles to last long enough for an effective scrub.Overall, it's a nice, gentle scrub with a great scent, but it misses the mark as a proper exfoliant.

Has a really nice light fragrance that I have no issues with. Very scrubby and thick. Lathers up well. Rinses clean. Leaves skin soft and hydrated. Very happy with this product.

Very disappointed and threw it away. Used it twice. Waxy and clumps up-not easy to spread on skin and definitely doesn’t exfoliate.
