One level scoop weighed 95 grams for me. So i just used Two.Four scoops is almost 400 grams and is over 1500 calories without milk.Great tasting shake, not too sweet like some of the others.. Didn't get bloated either...

At 5.28kg (not 5.28g, as the listing title currently says!), this bag is absolutely huge. It comes with a serving scoop, which you may have to dig around in the packet a bit to find, and the serving suggestion is four level scoops, which equates to around 240g.I didn't realise quite how much this was until I poured it out. The 240g of powder alone is enough to fill a pint glass, and once mixed with the 600ml of water it recommends, there's around two pints worth. This is quite thick and filling, so I have one pint before a workout and the other after.It doesn't mix as easily as some, so I'd probably recommend using a blender if you have one. It's tasty, though. You can definitely taste the oats, but the strawberry is also very sweet, so you end up with a really nice mix of the two contrasting flavours.This is some heavy duty stuff, and should definitely help with the gains.

First impression this bag is absolutely massive! You can see my picture for reference, just make sure you have enough room for it. However the bag is a really good quality.I got this for my dad who is underweight and struggles to get enough calories in and he also goes to the gym so will benefit greatly from this. He is a picky eater and does not like many flavours so I was a bit worried to get him the only option I had available which was strawberry.He actually ended up loving the flavour and said he would have no problem consuming the full amount! He mixed his with milk and it has an oaty taste to it. No chemical taste. It is sweet. The powder is thick so do make sure you have a shaker or something good to mix it.Really appreciate that the ingredient list is short too.Overall very happy with the quality of this mass gainer.
