We found this door lock to be simple to install and program. It probably took about 30 minutes total to get it up and running. We don't use the little key tags that came with it, but I keep one in my purse anyway, just in case. It is important to make sure the door handle is facing the way it will be on the door when you are setting up for fingerprint. I used the wrong thumb when programming it and couldn't unlock the door. We had to reprogram it with the correct thumb (not a flaw of the item, operator error)

This is a heavy duty lock with a delicate appearance. I especially appreciate the installation template because it makes things 10 times easier when a manufacturer includes that! The overall appearance of the lock is modern but it's mutual enough to suit most doors without looking too high tech or out of place.

Very nice design, fairly easy to install, and functions very well. The app has more functions and capabilities that this lock can do that are listed on the product page. The fingerprint scanner works quick and fast along with the other aspects such as the passcode function, fobs, and etc.

Other than your traditional key, it has many options for entry, such as fingerprint, keypad code, or key fob badge. Installation was easy enough, especially if you have already installed a smart door lock in the past. Make sure to follow instructions carefully, as any assumption in instructions could mean you installed a part upside down or backwards. The app itself was easy to set up and it was easy to set up new codes and get my fingerprint memory stored. The door lock overall is well made and looks very nice.

This is the best smart lock I've used. Setup is a breeze with the app. No fiddling through complicated menus on the keypad to do something as simple as change the code. You just type your code into the app, and you can setup profiles with different codes for different people. Fingerprint setup is easy, just like on a smart phone and it works 99% of the time. Just walk up grab the handle and your thumb unlocks the door. One less key I have to carry around. It's great, I recommend.

Good lock with good features. Works well

Nothing I hate more than doing yard work and my partner ends up locking me out. There I am knocking on the door while she pretends to not hear me. THEN, when she finally does hear me, is ANNOYED because I had the audacity to interrupt whatever it was that she was doing. Never again.Love the features. Fingerprint is sweet, but love the pin options and the analog option of just using the key. Easy to setup. Get it, you won't regret it.
