This is a review of the Maxi Health Multivitamin for Women & Men, in the 60-capsule bottle. The same vitamins are also offered in a 120-capsule bottle, and the actual product is the same inside, so you will note that I'm writing essentially the same review elsewhere for the larger bottle. I've never heard of Maxi Health, but the product label reports that they are based in Brooklyn, New York. They claim that these vitamins were formulated by doctors, and manufactured under strictly controlled conditions, in a GMP-certified and Kosher-certified facility, using non-GMO ingredients. They don't state the actual location of their facility, or whether it's in the USA, so you'd have to ask them if you want more details. The labeling on my bottle is a bit bumpy and homespun-looking; less of a sleek, professional presentation than other vitamins I've ordered, but I'm more concerned with the contents than the packaging, and the formulation looks good, so I'm happy to give these a try. Maxi Health describes the product as a "Daily Multivitamin with 30 Nutrients Including Iron, Zinc, Probiotics, and an Immune Support blend". It does contain copper, as well as iron, so if you are trying to limit your metals intake, that's a factor to consider. The bottle in this review contains 60 Capsules, (see note above about bottle sizes) and it is shipped together with a small red plastic pill container, that can be used for traveling. A suggested serving size is two capsules, so one bottle should last about 1 month. I chose to order this multi because of the fact that it contains methylated forms of folate and vitamin B12. Methylation makes the ingredients more bio-available, and it's also safer to take if the user has a MTHFR gene variant. (The MTHFR gene provides instructions for your body to make the MTHFR protein, which helps your body process folate. Your body needs folate to make DNA and modify proteins.) The other ingredients on the label also appear to be of good quality. K2, for example, is a nice inclusion, and so is Lutein. I just received my bottle, and have only taken two doses, so I can't speak to the effectiveness yet, but there haven't been any ill effects like burping, reflux or stomach upset, and the Maxi Health supplement range is being offered at a very reasonable price point, relative to comparable formulas by other manufacturers. One feature that I found odd is the fact that the front label doesn't really promote a recognizable product name or the fact that it's a multi vitamin; it simply reads "SMALL MULTI CAPS™ EASY TO SWALLOW". The pills are indeed small and easy to swallow, in fact they seem almost wastefully small to me, because if they had just upsized a bit, the dosage could have been one capsule instead of two. "Horse pills" have never bothered me, but I recognize that many people struggle when it comes to swallowing medications and supplements, so if you're one of them, these little babies are for you! To summarize, the Maxi Health multivitamins provide high-quality formulations of several key nutrients. Their petite capsules are non-stinky and palatable, and made of vegetable cellulose, not animal gelatin, so if you're looking for a good daily supplement at a modest price, this should be a solid choice.

Love these and feel the listing is short selling itself which is a rarity. These are high quality, from a trusted company that has been in the supplement business of making them since 1974. They are made in the USA in a GMP facility and the ingredients are tested for purity, etc. These little capsules are vegan, Non-GMO and they focus on keeping allergens out of the product. This is a big plus for me. The dosage is 2 capsules a day. I cut and pasted the ingredients below so you can see what I got for about $10 a month, which I consider a real bargain. I also took photos of the ingredients from the bottle as well.
