Instantly modernize your car. The 9-inch version is massive and if you configure the apps with your account you can Netflix and chill in your car. Hopefully not while driving. Great audio quality. Excellent connectivity. Absolutely amazing ease of use. The product feels sturdy and but it's too soon to talk about the quality of the product. It's only in a week. I'll definitely update this review with a longer term review. For the value that it provides, the cost is absolutely worth it. And I think the chipset inside is also pretty powerful because this screen transitions are hi oliver buttery smooth.

I had a mixed experience with this product. The concept of what it can do is appealing, and more useful than more basic units. It's well made and the screen is pretty good , but you do get what you pay for with the image quality. The area I struggled with was connecting audio to my car. I just couldn't get the BT audio output functions to work, and I tried in a couple of cars. It seemed it was connected but the only sound I could get out of it was Google Assistant , and I don’t even know how I did that. The instructions are not the best , they refer to things in a slightly unclear way which took some time to decipher. Mainly the connection to your phone is handled in a mixture of the Apps settings page to connect to a phone hotspot and then the unit settings page. It took a while to figure that out. Android Auto worked fine , but I wanted to get music / you tube sound out of the car via BT and I just couldn't figure it out. Any car with BT can connect directly to your phone so a unit like this possibly just over complicates things and increases the temptation to watch Youtube when driving !

This is a really good idea to retro-fit older cars to give them the sort of tech functionality that is more or less standard on modern cars - a large screen bluetooth music player and satnav device.The screen is quite large so visibility is good - much better than a phone - for satnav functions especially. Fitting and setting up is fairly straightforward, it connected to Android phone readily and allowed music play, telephony satnav and other uses of the Android Auto app with little fuss.Whilst I say fitting is straightforward that is only if you can find somewhere to put it. It does have a strong stickable pad or you can attach to an airvent but it is also quite large and on many cars it may be a struggle to find a suitable location that doesn't hamper visibility.Excellent if you have a suitable space to fit it.

Update:After using this unit for while, sadly I had to return it. The popping sound was unbearable and google assistant became non functional. During call conversation, there was multiple popping sound coming from the speaker. My unit was connected by Aux port and there is ground fault with this unit. Most of time Google Assistant was non responsive and my music will not resume play after using it.I will try w901 pro and hope I don't have the issues I have encountered with this unit.The unit is first of its kind to have pre installed android auto system on unit which you can use independently from car play and Android auto.I like the ability to download apps and watch video stream apps such as prime video and YouTube. The screen quality is brilliant and it has ability to connect reverse camera.The below points I don't like:1. Google Assistant is hit and miss. Sometimes google assistant does not do anything or hangs after saying Hey Google or tap microphone icon. I also find that if I am playing music, after google assistant command has finished the music does not resume.2. Occasionally Android auto will freeze and close.3. There is slight hiss and crack sound when unit is booting up. The sound can be distorted when turning the volume.I am using Galaxy S24 ultra and google assistant could be internet connection issue. I hope the other issues are solved with firmware update.Overall it is great unit but issues needs to be addressed to make it perfect.

The item I have received and used now is very good for all car and coach Drivers. Would recommend this product to anyone . The company carpuride could not help enough with any of my enquiries. 5 stars .

As other reviewers have said, this is a good in-car entertainment system. Comes with a variety of bluetooth, FM transmitting and audio options. Also gives a nice anti-glare screen.However, I would be remis if not to mention the potential security risks in a product like this. As this has it's own home-brew version of android running, there are all kind of potentials for data exfiltration in the base android, and even with android auto, it is difficult to say if there is any packet tapping/collection/forwarding going on. I would recommend not using your daily use account in this device. Simple things such as youtube having incorrect capitalisation out of the box makes me *very* nervous.
