Delicious without the guilt
I have this for breakfast, dinner, or as a post workout drink. It mixes easily with water and oatmilk, not needing a blender. All I do is just shake in a tumbler and it's ready to consume. The consistency is thick, smooth, and mildly sweet. The chalkiness goes away the better it's prepared. I think oatmilk had some part in the smoothness. This review is for the chocolate. The ingredients are clean and the shake tastes great. Perfect to break a fast or as a post workout shake. My kid likes it too. She happily finished it when she was in a liquids only diet, and she's a finnicky eater.

Off flavor, great for getting protein though
The Purely Inspired organic protein powder has 14 single packets of protein powder, giving you 14 servings of what I can only describe as a weird chocolate & leaf taste. I wouldn't use this on a daily basis since it doesn't taste that good, but works nice to get more protein

Protein microwave brownie recipe on the box is inedible
I love the individual packets of protein. They're perfect for throwing in a gym bag or tossing in a desk at work for when you're hungry. Beyond that, though, this protein powder is pretty disappointing.I love the idea of a protein packed mug brownie, so I followed the recipe on the box to a t. It came out clumpy, runny and just a weird semi cooked consistency that smelled a bit like plastic. On the second go around, the attempt was even worse. It was clumpy and dry--no amount of chocolate chips on top made it edible. Total bust--and that's what I was most excited for about these little packets.Mixed in a fruit smoothie, the protein flavor pretty much disappears, so it's perfectly fine. But mixed with milk in a shaker bottle (how I usually take my protein) yielded dismal results. I get that this is plant protein, but I've had some pretty great tasting vegetarian protein sources... and this ain't one of them.

Great vegan protein powder
I was given the opportunity to try Purely Inspired Plant Based Organic Vegan Protein Powder - and I was really impressed! I have tried other plant-based proteins, and most of them would upset my stomach.. this one didn't at all!The taste is really good for protein - sure, a little 'chalky' like all of them, but when blended with milk, that all goes away. I personally use a little mixing wand for my shakes, and it makes it dissolve easily. The 22g of protein per serving makes me take two servings (I want to get 40+ per 'meal', so my amount decreases a lot faster than it should.Overall it's great protein that tastes decent and mixes well. I would highly recommend trying it!

Solid protein boost!
This protein shake mix has a solid burst of protein. Though the name says 22 grams of protein, the packaging suggests that it has 20 grams. The texture is nice and thick, although the chocolate flavor is muted, meaning the resulting flavor is a bit chalky. I love that it has only 1 gram of sugar. I mixed it with some chia seed pudding and found that to be yummy as well, for those days when I'm not feeling having a protein shake in the morning. Not bad!

rich and creamy taste but disappointing ingredient list
I like plant-based protein powder and wanted to try something new. Overall, great ratings and compelling organic ingredients, at least those pointed out, made me purchase it. Although, I couldn't find an ingredient list on the product page.I tried it in a shaker - it shakes perfectly! Then, purely awesome - great, rich and totally creamy taste. However, this taste wouldn't go away quickly. Did it with non-dairy milk the first time. Then, I tried with water - a little bit better, but not much.I tried to put into my oatmeal instead of any other sweetener like honey, maple syrup etc. It kind of works, but do I want to pay this money to keep putting it in my oatmeal, I don't think so.Now, the biggest downside is the ingredient list. Admittedly, organic protein blend/ coconut creamer/ natural flavors/ cane sugar sound good. But, different sorts of thickener (acacia gum, guar gum, xanthan gum) or sweetener like steviol or in particular INULIN - that's the reason it tastes so great, rich and totally creamy. I asked myself, is that the reason that they haven't posted the ingredients list to the product page?Sorry, but I won't pay a premium dollar for this long and disappointing ingredients list!

Convenient, good texture, vegan protein powder, lacking flavor.
I've been using a store branded chocolate vegan protein powder for about a year now, and this is equivalent to that brand, both in flavor and texture. My previous powder was about $0.55/oz, whereas this is $1.26/oz. The convenience of the packets is worth extra to me, but not more than 2x the cost.Drinking this mixed into 1.5 cups of water, as the directions say to do, made a viscous drink that was only "ok" when made according to the directions. I would instead drink this mixed into a smoothie, or perhaps even just your choice of nut-milks to increase the creaminess of the drink, and also heated up like a hot chocolate. I would agree with other reviewers, though, when saying this really does need more chocolate flavor before "decadent" is anywhere close the the flavor profile. At the price listed, I would not buy this when store-brands are cheaper and taste the same, but it is a good quality, creamy protein powder with no grit in the texture.

So Many Options
There are so many options with these protein packets, it's a great way to add more protein into your diet. Note: I am not a health nut. I'm just on my journey to have a better and cleaner diet.Smoothies are my preferred intake method. 1 banana, milk, and a packet and I have an easy breakfast shake. No chalky texture.I'm no baker, but another thing I like to whip up is mug cake. 1 packet, a dash of sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, a few minutes in the microwave and tada - an easy protein packed dessert. Top off with your food. This powder increases your options when you're just getting sick of plain protein shakes. I love the versatility and the fact that the taste doesn't make me miserable.
