It’s surprisingly light weight and holds the most liquid for the brand, lid doesn’t completely prevent water from dripping out and the texture of the cap needs to be broken in (it sounds like nails on a chalkboard till it’s broke in)

I got this for camping and I am very impressed with the quality. I have other canteens that are stainless steel but not nearly as sturdy as this one. In my opinion, the difference between stainless steel and the titanium is a huge difference in overall quality and durability. This canteen is also larger in volume but lighter in weight. The titanium makes the difference in weight as well.This is a good size. My other canteen is smaller. I want more water when hiking, not less because I'm try to carry less weight. The included cooking cup that comes with it is also a good size compared to others. The cooking cup comes with a lid that packs away in the holder so it's just as compact as the rest of this unit. Not all others have that lid, and I do find that to be a nice feature. I like the Paracord strap on this much better than the cheap chain I have on other canteens. I think that feature helps contribute to how lightweight this is. Every ounce makes a difference. The pouch is even better quality than the others I have. It has a carrying strap with clips that can clip on a pack or belt. (Yet another feature that my other canteen lacks.) While this is on the more expensive side for camping/hiking gear and you can absolutely find cheaper canteens, I think the totally quality is what sets this one apart and in this price range. You won't have to replace this in couple years. It will last many years, if not a full lifetime. I'm that confident in the quality. It's an investment you won't regret. I rate this product at 5 stars for being superior to the competition, more user friendly and slightly larger capacity. I do recommend this product.

Super light, , nice fitting cup etc. but I just cant get over how water tastes from this. I have other stainless bottles but this Ti gives waiter an odd taste. Glad it did come with plastic alternative cap as Ti one seems like it is galling with every twist. Galling is adhesive wear that is caused by the microscopic transfer of material between metallic surfaces during transverse motion (sliding). It occurs frequently whenever metal surfaces are in contact, sliding against each other, especially with poor lubrication. Micro particals of metal are released usually aka metal dust.

This is a very nice canteen, but honestly it better be with such a high price point. But it is very high quality, so it should be the last one you have to buy. When it arrives, it comes in the Box with everything you need, plus a couple extras. It does have a camo holster, and even comes with two options for the lid. The original, or a plastic one. This canteen also includes the mug/pot attached to the bottom, must have standard feature. It really doesn't seem to be too different from the old steel original ones, except for it as a more modern shape, and barely no weight to it at all. Water is heavy enough, why carry Extra metal too. Overall, this is a great product. Very well made, built to last. Should be the last one you have to buy, with proper maintenance it will be. It is titanium, so no rust, and it is extremely lightweight. Highly recommended.
