This Magnesium Glycinate supplement has worked really well for me. It helps me relax at night and improves the quality of my sleep. I also noticed less muscle tension and better recovery after workouts. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach like other types of magnesium. Highly recommended if you want a gentle, effective supplement.

These work. I don't necessarily see a noticeable difference when I take them but I do see a noticeable difference when I miss. They have not cured my restless leg but they definitely seem to reduce the number of flares

I was told to use Magnesium Glycinate instead of just regular Magnesium for my Restless Leg. I’ve been on it for a little over 1 month & so far - no difference that I can tell.

They don’t have a strong odor, thank goodness. They swallow easy. They help with sleep along with many other issues in one’s life. Take the recommended dosage or half the dosage in the evening before bed. Don’t need food but if you want some help for it to go down, that is fine too.

The pills were not filed all the way.Compare to other such products you lose out on the pill so you are not getting the full mg.I brought a second thinking one bad bottle.Same deal.
