I've been taking this zinc supplement every other day for approximately the past month and I've suffered no detectable ill effects or issues. As far as detectable positive effects, I can't say that I've noticed anything specific, but supplements like this are more for fortifying your immune system. The price of this is comparatively quite high for a 30mg/serving zinc picolinate supplement. That said, I would look elsewhere for a better priced option.

I used to pay about $20 a month for shipping these vitamins to my house. Amazon selling and shipping them is a total game changer. These vitamins are clean for my body and I load up on the zinc while these sicknesses are flowing throughout our house. Great quality.
