This titanium spork is very light, and it works ok for eating. The bottle opener also works well enough for camping/hiking use. However I found that during use with thick and heavy food the coating seems to crinkle when the spork bends slightly. It really does not seem like it will hold up to extended use or any kind of rough treatment. Also the instructions and information included were mostly illegible. At first I thought it was my eyes, but then I checked with my zoom and it was clear that the printing was just not clear. I didn't really need to know the details of the metals composition, but it was not confidence inspiring in regards to the overall quality. While this might work for careful use, I would recommend something more robust for real camping/hiking use.

Bent in half eating a microwaved Marie Callender's chicken pot pie the first time I used it. Definitely didn't feel like titanium or steel or even aluminium.

I think this is the lightest spoon / fork combo I own. It's featherlight yet holds up to normal use.Whether soup or noodles, you won't complain about using this. It comes with its own carrying bag.

The media could not be loaded. When I think of titanium, I think of a lightweight indestructible aerospace material. So when this titanium spork arrived, needless to say I was very underwhelmed for a $15 spork. (Jan 2024 price). When tapped and dropped it on a table, it sounds like a tinny metal stamped $1 utensil from IKEA. I decided to see how strong it was by digging into some ice cream from my freezer. This titanium spork BENT scooping ice cream!! What just happened?Is this what titanium is? I can bend it with my hands without much effort. Is this titanium spork supposed to be bendable? And make this weird crunching crackling noise while it's being bent? Because mine is doing that. See the video I posted along with this review. I'm bending it back and forth with just slight pressure from my hands. And it's making this weird snap, crackle, pop noise like a bowl of rice crispy cereal. This spork costs $15? I can get over the fact that it's uncomfortable in my hands while using it to eat because of the thin metal shape. I can get over the fact that it has this pointy bottle cap opener that I will never use. (Who brings glass bottles camping? Answer=NOBODY.) But if I'm going to overlook these things, I want an indestructible spork that may or may not be my last line of defense vs a grizzly bear in the woods.If THIS is titanium, no thank you. I'll stick with a thick plastic spork that weighs practically the same. And is 1/10th the price. I still gave it 2 stars because I guess if you're eating soft mashed potatoes and peas with it, you should be fine.

At just 14.5 grams this spork is very light, but unfortunately the point where the spoon attaches to the handle is so thin that even eating icecream could be too much for it.The finish also seems to be some form of coating, and having barely used it it already seems to be coming off. While probably food safe, I don't exactly think you want to be ingesting it.

This spork looks good, but I'm honestly a little worried about using it. When I was taking it out of the package it ended up bending a little, and there was a lovely cracking sound. Metal does not make sounds like that, which means it's the coating. I'm not really sure why they would put a coating onto this that isn't durable, but also true titanium would not have been able to bend at all.So ya, I don't trust the content of this.Also, they include a little brochure with it, one page of which has a bunch of test reports, however it is impossible to read with out a magnifying glass. Thankfully I have a magnifying glass and was able to decipher that the testing reports were actually for two different products, not the spork, so I'm not really sure why it was included
