Unreliable Chinese made crap with no documentation and poor product support.
This mower could have been a great thing if only it wasn't made in China with inferior parts and hardly any product support. I could have purchases from AliExpress for about 1/2 the price but figured that Amazon would have better product support. Twice within three times of mowing my lawn which is about 1/3 acre this has broken down. the drive motors, one DC gear motor on each side has quit working. Two have quit on me and I am still waiting for the second replacement motor from China. There is absolutely no manual, no parts list and no way to order replacement parts such as mower blades. I got this mower because I have some steep slopes on my lawn. Like I said, this could have been a great thing. It does great on the steep inclines. But the reliability and the product support totally sucks!!!

Needs a better user manual.
The owners/users manual was "light" on information. Maybe I am just used to "American" user manuals but this manual left much to the imagination. The unit performs quite well with a few exceptions:1. It is recommended that on steep grades, you mow in reverse. Several times the engine has "belched smoke" when in reverse on a steep grade, probably due to the engine oil getting into the piston cylinder area. I'm not sure if this is going to be a problem but it does cause concern.2. When mowing steep grades, it seems that the battery runs out of power and you have to let the mower sit and recharge for a few minutes before it will travel again. It seems that running at a right angle to the grade is a better option, if possible.3. What happens in the event that the unit quits working? Replacement parts? Repair instructions? So far, I am pleased with the unit. In my opinion, this unit is not for a "manicured lawn" but does a nice job of mowing a rough area. This unit works for me and I would recommend it for any area similar to mine.
