I have been in pelvic floor therapy for almost year. We have reached the point where she told me she didn’t think she could help me anymore bc the deep pain was organ related. I didn’t believe her so I started doing research. I have deep internal muscle pain and this bendable wand bends in the way I need it that other ones couldn’t get to bc of shape. I've been going back and forth with what I wanted to say about this bendable pelvic wand massager. When I originally ordered it I really thought it was an electric pelvic massager. I've seen many pelvic massagers that have the ability to vibrate your pelvic area. When I first received this I looked everywhere for a button to turn it on. I went through the reviews and realized this is a manual massager and does not have the ability to vibrate.Having said that, this pelvic floor wand is extremely sturdy. And it's very bendable without losing how sturdy it is. It does a great job of bending and adjusting to reach the areas you want to hit no matter your body size/shape. The material used to construct this is also very good. I can see this being bent and shaped 100s of times without any issues with the material or pliability!

This tool is really great for helping with vaginal atrophy. It could be a little bit more flexible, though however you are able to use it on the sides and try to break up that internal tension.. this is used for people who have been taught to stand up straight, hold their tummies in and now and their midlife. They have vaginal atrophy because they catch themselves clenching all the time. At least that’s my case. It’s hard to relax your muscles especially when you’re in a tent situation like driving on the freeway in California! When things get super tight and tensed up and you feel that squeezing this tool really helps to break that up

Menopause has brought some unpleasant changes to my body. I have had some issues with my lady parts so I ordered this pelvic wand from the Intimate Rose Store to see if that could help. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the material. It is smooth and very firm yet definitely bendable. I did take the time to go to the website to see the additional information and videos on uses and benefits. I was very glad to see information on using this device for hip pain. I have been doing yoga stretches to try to alleviate a tight pain in my left hip flexor, but so far, nothing has been able to get to the right spot of tightness. I have incorporated this wand into my routine as an extra step to try to loosen up those muscles. So far, it seems to be helping. I will say that this takes some getting used to. At least it did for me. Getting the shape of the wand correct before insertion, then getting the tip to the correct spot takes practice. It is not an overnight fix, so I am sticking with it. I think my best bit of advice would be to relax and practice, practice, practice. I have hopes that, in the long run, it helps my various issues. This wand feels very sturdy and with proper care, feels like it will last a heck of a long time. It is not electric, but it looks like the company does offer an electric version that I might be upgrading to at some point. I feel like the vibration in conjunction with the pinpoint pressure would be beneficial. Like a trigger point release with massage. So far, I can say that I am liking this.
