I love the chair itself, but as someone else mentioned, the hydraulic height adjuster isn't working. Upon inspection, the lever that presses the button to adjust on the hydraulic is constantly pressing it a little bit. I can't get the seat off to inspect/troubleshoot further. I have contacted the seller and will update my review if I hear back. - See end for update.That said, I haven't been able to sit in anything else since I got it earlier today. I typically sit cross legged and had been experiencing some leg/hip pain because of it. I have not had any pain and love being able to fidget and not backward in this chair.The seller responded quickly. They sent instructions on how to fix the issue with the height adjuster pretty easily and offered a small refund for the inconvenience. Normally I would only increase from 3 to 4 stars if there were issues at any point, but honestly, I really love this chair! 5 stars for product and service.

I've used this chair for about 2 months now. I loved it at first, but now I've noticed that my back has started hurting. I still like that it's great to change position throughout the day but it would be better if it had options for better back support.

I searched for this type of chair, reading reviews and comparing details, for several months. I finally took a chance and ordered this one. It was simple to put together and I have been grateful for it every day since. I typically sit with my legs crossed in my chair, anyway, but this design makes is so much more comfortable and I have found other positions that work well, too. I love that the seat operates separately from the foot rest and you can easily turn with it. I was worried that the foot rest would be too wide for my desk's leg opening, but it fits perfectly. The back fits perfectly for my spine and prevents me from getting stiff and sore from hours of sitting in front of my computer. I am 100% happy with this chair and would highly recommend it!

I needed help with a mechanism issue and Originally had a difficult time reaching someone about it. Eventually, I found it - elecwishusa at hotmail dot com. They were responsive through this email and sent great instructions on fixing a mechanism that didn’t keep the seat height fixed.I originally left a review mentioning how low the back rest was… I installed it upside down. Upon sitting on the couch and looking at it from afar… yup. Oops. My mistake. Attached PROPERLY… it’s awesome. Go figure.I received more detailed instructions on how to fix the cylinder.: unscrew the mechanism on the side of the chair, pull it out and adjust the placement of the two nuts on the bolt. Took five minutes to have a perfectly functioning mechanism.I love this chair. Thank you, Elecwish! Better instructions with more details on how to troubleshoot these minor things would go a LONG way, as that was a very annoying process to try and figure out on my own… but it’s an awesome chair now that everything is in place!

I really liked the chair but it the mechanism that allows you to select the hight of the chair didn't work. The seat stayed on the highest setting but when you would sit on it the seat would go all the way down. I liked the shape and PU material. The cushion was comfortable. Unfortunately, due to poor mechanism I had to send it back. Amazon didn't have an option for me to receive a replacement for this product. I wouldn't mind if I could just get a chair that works. The chair was sturdy.

I work from home many days and I cannot get comfortable in regular desk chairs. I bought this chair and it's so helpful to reposition when I'm having a difficult time finding a way to sit that isn't uncomfortable. A perfect fidget chair!

The media could not be loaded. Male,34/ 250 lbs here and I can spend all day on this chair! It’s super comfy and handles all of my repositioning I do while I’m designing all day. Highly recommend to anyone with ADD/ADHD.

This works well for those of us that like to sit in all different ways. It is a little bit wobbly is all.
