Waste of money
The band does not have enough strength in it to make my legs feel like they are doing any work / exercise. I would offer to send it back but the fact it took 22 days to arrive makes me think to write it off. Nice idea but just not enough strength Jin the elastic, no real way to adjust the elastic length either.

Fab!
The pilates bar was easy to put together and keeps me motivated to actually do a workout. The yoga toner was an added bonus - the resistance on this is actually really good too.
