Useful and producing results
I'm a neophyte into the strength training world and didn't want a subscription to an app that I had to log into. I prefer having exercises on the fly to do at random intervals during the day, and this book filled the bill for me! There are illustrations and clear written instructions on how to perform each movement with explanations of why each type of movement is important. I like how she explains why certain movements are not safe for seniors and instead produces activities that allow for safety while working better movements for our bodies. I've been using this for several days now and am greatly encouraged that I will be able to regain my strength and exceed previous limits. Aerobic and stretching exercises are very familiar to me but I appreciated that the author included good warming and cooling exercises with her strength exercises. I feel good every time I finish although I usually exercise for much longer than her professed 15 minutes. That is the reader's choice.

Great book
Arrived on time and very well packaged. I was looking for this type of book written for seniors. I always do my research before I purchase anything from Amazon. It has 15 minute strength workouts. That are very clear and easy to follow.As seniors we do loose alot of body strength; but doing these type of exercises they with help to rekindle any lost strength, balance, core; energy and confidence. As a reference book it doesn't have to be read in one go. One can dip in and out of it. I shall look forward to reading it more un the future.
