Yes this holds things in but the built in bra is not very effective. I would like a way to remove the padding without cutting it open which I can’t. It is a bit long in the body as well.

This shapewear is made from a thick stretchy material and does pull you in once you eventually get it on. I am a size 14 and opted for the L, this is a touch tricky to get on as it got stuck around my underarm area and I was unable to find the end of the fabric as it had rolled in on itself. I called for my husband who helped me pull the shapewear down. Once in place this was very comfortable and did pull in my tummy to give a smooth outline for wearing with dresses.. The XL may have been easier to get on but I don't think it would have had as good a smoothing effect. As I am only likely to be wearing this when going out with my husband then he will always be on hand to help me into it.Not a bad price for shapewear that actually works.

Fits nicely according to the size charts. It's hugging but not restrictive. Gives flawless curve where desired. Lovely shapewear.

There are two parts of this bodysuit that, for me, are better than the other items I have bought from Amazon. I buy a lot of clothes these days from Amazon and also have ordered some suits like this one.I like how the tummy part of this one is noticeably stronger than some others I've had, I also found this to be true to size. What I also liked is that the bust part has little holes so you can take out/put in the foam pads. Otherwise, this item is well made and exactly what I have come to expect. The crotch is handy to be able to adjust with 4 rows of hooks for my long body. The fabric is quite thick, but the crotch does not have any liner (but like I say the material is quite thick). Overall, I liked this.

I'm a 14-16 and ordered the XL, it fits ok but seems to squash me on the chest and yet not flatten my tummy enough. It is only light to medium in terms of tummy control. However I do like the fabric and it is comfy, just wish it didn't flatten my chest. I feel like if I went a size up that it would make the tummy area worse as even less control from a bigger size.

Lovely quality, comfortable to wear and does what it's supposed to, giving that extra little bit of help without needing to hold your breath. Love the lower neckline as it makes it wearable with more outfits.
