Mobility Hip Band & Booty Blaster

Very happy with the purchase of the hip mobility band to help with my training. Found this very helpful as part of warm up for both resistance and cardio sessions. Really helps get full range of movement around hip joint and activates glutes, allowing to lift heavier with better technique. Must have addition and particularly useful for those following rehab programmes. More sturdy than anything I had before.

I purchased this band as I have previously used the Urban Lifters resistance bands and loved them. This booty band is amazing, it doesn't roll when you are using it and is a brilliant product. Highly recommend

Nice durable, non slip material. My clients were sick of getting in a tangle with rubber resistance bands. I'd say its a strong resistance, not medium. I wish they did a low resistance too.

Moins élastique que je ne l'aurais pensé, ne permet pas des mouvements très amples.Mais très efficace.

Sopra il ginocchio si sente la tensione, ottimo se si vuole arrivare al massimo i glutei, molto comodo e pratico, un passo avanti alle classiche band

Ottima, la trovo molto resistente e assolutamente non scivolosa, utile per ponte glutei e hip thrust.
