I can't find this in any store near me. Very Happy that Amazon must have known this. I make my own pancake syrup because I don't like maple syrup. This is perfect. We used to have it at iHop but they don't even have it anymore, so I took to making my own. Great flavor.

We recently got a Ninja Creami and my husband's favorite ice cream flavor is butter pecan. This is the closest thing to the real deal that he likes. It does take a significant amount of extract to produce the same intense flavor as store bought ice cream though, so keep that in mind. This stuff isn't cheap.

In some of the reviews I've come to understand why there are some reviews that say this has a salty tast. By not using it correctly and not understanding that this product is very concentrated thus tasting it directly from the bottle will give you this funny taste. Nevertheless we purchased this trying to create the the pecan flavor syrup from i HOP. So by adding this to our favorite off the shelf pancake syrup adding a few drops of pecan flavoring at a time with a touch of vanilla it came out as close as you can get and now our favorite. Far cheaper and taste much better than the expensive syrup on line by far.

Im very glad that the package contains three bottles, as with other nut extracts, more is required to achieve the desired results. This is an excellent product.

We bought it to make our own Butter Pecan pancake and waffle syrup since we cannot find any made by Blackburns Syrup Works. This flavoring makes it possible to make an acceptable replacement at home.Just to clarify, we did see some of the syrup made by Blackburns, but it was ridiculously expensive, like someone had purchased the last couple of cases, held on to them, and now wanted to 'scalp' everyone who wanted it. Sorry 'scalpers' but we found a much less expensive way.

I haven't used this flavoring yet but the smell of the flavoring is AMAZING! I look forward to using the flavoring in my next dessert 🤭!!!
