Perfect part
I have a house with 2x Vormax commodes that are about 20 years old. Instead of replacing them I did a deep clean with industrial vinegar and it now looks like new. I installed this valve assembly on both so they're perfect and I don't have to worry about them for a long time. It was easy to install, I love how everything is assembled. I didn't even have to adjust anything. I also replaced the fill valve on both with a genuine American Standard part.

Works Flawlessly
The quality of the product is very good . Had a little trouble understanding the instructions, but if you follow the pictures and take your time ,you will encounter hardly any setbacks . Just remember, installing the 2 new gaskets will cause the tank not to fit flush with the toilet at first .You need tighten each screw a little bit at a time and rotate to the next screw . Keep doing it till the tank sits almost flush but won't longer move. Don't overtighten !!! Or can Crack the tank .
