Follow the directions, its worth it.
This fits perfectly for my P365. Takes a few steps but I made some hot water in a coffee cup through the Keurig and it took no time to install. Looks great and feels great once installed. Thickens the grip to fit your hand better.

Read this Review to know what to do.
Too many reviews struggled. It took 30 seconds to put this grip on and probably a minute to test inserting and releasing a magazine to verify functionality. My package instruction said to boil the grip to soften it up. Easy. Boil it for a couple minutes. This is the trick: The instructions mentioned plastic pieces to insert, which my container did not have. I used the plastic packaging to cut 4 bits of plastic about 3 inches long and about half an inch wide. 4 pieces, side/side/front/back.Spray the firearm grip with Windex or alcohol-based solution. From the back to the front (back of firearm towards the front/trigger) get the mold grip onto the grip/over magazine well. Once you have all 4 sides barely wrapped around: Stick the plastic pieces between the rubber and the grip so all 4 sides have a bit of plastic there. It doesn't have to be perfect.Slide the grip into place - I did all this in about 30 seconds, grip in place, and removed the plastic strips. I verified inserting/removing a magazine, the release wasn't impacted, the grip mold lined up.This is extremely simple to do. I read these reviews with people struggling. The longest part was boiling water.Note, I purchased this for the softer stippling and rubbing on those old love handles. I didn't want to modify the existing stippling, so this grip does that for me for conceal carry and comfort. It adds about 2mm in total between both sides. A little draw practice and it shouldn't be an issue for anyone.

Very Nice Grip
It takes quite a bit of force to install this. I just ended up using muscle power and nothing else, but the instructions recommend using Windex or some other lubricant to install. I stretched it out to get it initially on the frame, then grabbed it on one end and PULLED, then alternated to the other side and PULLED again, after about 5 minutes of alternating each side, I managed to get it in the correct position.Once you get it installed it is a wonderful grip. Matches my P365 perfectly and makes the correct grip very natural and comfortable. Its made out of a VERY TOUGH rubber material with a great texture. The "Beavertail" on the back cushions the recoil of the firearm (which can be a bit jarring on the P365, since its so small). It is surprisingly affordable for such a high-quality grip, a very good value.

Perfect Fit!
Hogue makes grips from oil and solvent resistant rubber, and I have them on several of my everyday carry guns. IF you follow the directions carefully, you'll find it takes a bit of muscle to install the HandAll on the P365, but it's not as difficult as you may think. The fit is, as expected, perfect, and it makes this micro 9mm much easier to grip.Absolutely no interference with the magazine release button, or with the magazines. Feels great in the hand. I'd highly recommend Hogue's HandAll for the P365.

Super comfortable on sig p365
Great fit. A bit of struggle to get on but that's because it has to fit tightly or it would just slip off. Made the grip so comfortable. Very happy with this product. Would but again.

It's comfy but it's weird to draw with the extra stickiness.
It's a pain to get on but once it's on, it's completely on. They recommended Windex to lubricate the grip sleeve but I found that hand sanitize works even better. How to:-Boil/heat a cup of water, let the grip sit inside of a cup for 5 minutes.-Slap on a GENEROUS amount of hand sanitizer on the grip module.-Put the rear on then stretch the front on. This step is by far the hardest part.-Wiggle into place and boom, it's done! The goods:-It has a small palm swell and fits very nicely in your hand-It doesn't bulk up the grip too much, just enough to make it feel like you have a full gripThe bads:-Due to it being rubber, it grips onto your clothing when you draw from a concealed holster (for both IWB and OWB)-The beavertail creates a hotspot on the webbing of your hand if you shoot for a long time. I used it for a 500 round range session and although it made a more secure grip, I think I'll have to modify it a bit more to make it not hurt the webbing between my thumb and index finger

worth the money if you're looking to get a better grip on your hand gun.
arrived quickly and as expected. self explanatory directions to slide on the grip. Definitely like this texture better than the grip on the handgun.

Outstanding Upgrade!
The stock P365 grip is too narrow for my hands. The result is that the guns wants to flag in my grip somewhat. I was seriously considering replacing the grip module with a Wilson Combat module. However, because I've got a CA version the WC module wont' fit without using a Dremel to drind out a channel for the mag disconnect. I have used Hogue grips before and have been very satisfied so I figured why not try this first. Boy am I glad I did! The Hogue grip resolved all issues I had with the stock grip. The grip now fills out my hand and eliminates the possibility of it moving in my hand. Plus the finger notch really locks my hand in place. Even though the P365 is very accurate at 7 yards in its stock form, I am now stacking rounds even tighter with the Hogue grip installed.Installation: Follow the instructions and you shouldn't have any issues. Make sure you warm it up as described and give it a bit of a stretch. Then warm it up again after the stretch. Make sure you use a lot of Windex to lube the inside of the Hogue grip and the outside of the grip on the gun. That helps a lot! It's a bit of a fumble to start. But, once you get it started it goes on pretty smoothly. It took me less than 5 minutes...
