Ease of use, heat level, design, perfect size of waves

I had purchased this iron before. It stopped working after a lot of use so I ordered a new one.New one arrived. It was obviously a return. The package was a mess. Not worth my time to deal with returning and reordering, so I kept it. Just disappointed to see I didn’t get a “new” one. I got someone else’s return.Of course I was concerned that maybe it didn’t work properly, maybe that’s why it was returned??? So it wasn’t a good purchase experience. Product is fine.

This gave my wigs the best crimps . Gets very hot which is something that I love. And it’s very light. I brought it with me on many girls trips .

The crimper worked ok. It made more waves as if you French braided your hair and slept on it wet waves. We expected more loose, flowing waves rather than such bold, tight looking crimp ones but over all, it did do the job.

The heat buttons are in a bad place you can turn it up/down or off while in the process of using…. Still yet to have gotten it to curl as shown in picture… an pulls hair instead of smoothDo not like it at all
