My newest favorite. The beans appear a little darker than my last medium roast selection from elsewhere, but the flavor isn't overcooked as I find all darks and most mediun roast coffees. I'm going to order a couple more bags of this one.

We ordered this for a late night hangout on Christmas Eve at our place and everyone kept asking, "are you sure this is decaf?" It really does taste great, even though it's not quite as light of a roast as I would have expected. Thank you!

Have tried many decafs in the past few years due to a health issue. Jims is one of the best I have tried, next to Don Pablo decaf. The beans are dark, but the grind is nice and light and does not stick to the sides of my grinder. The flavor is sweet, which I prefer, and it is truly good to the last drop. Tips for keeping it fresh: use a coffee keeper that burps out air, and freeze the beans, taking out only enough for about 4 or 5 days worth. Whatever bitterness you detect will not be there with a few freshness tricks. I have ordered this one twice and will continue to do so.

I’m,I’ve the smell of coffee but not the taste due to being bitter even decaf.. but this coffee wow!!! amazing! Mild coffee. Love it! Even my hubby who doesn’t drink coffee liked it!! This will be so good when I make Proffee in the mornings!!

If blackened slightly oily coffee beans means "light roast" to you, or if you like what is commonly called "French dark roast", go for it.If "light roast" means tan to orange-brown beans, then I suspect that you will be disappointed as I was. Every single bean in the bag was black, and once ground, the grounds were a shade off of fully black.This wasn't a tiny overshoot in roasting. This is an "F" in roasting quality, or a complete lack of quality control. Either way, what I received did not match the description above, and it wasn't what I wanted.Save your money and buy something else. After this experience, I would never buy a bean from this seller and brand.I did reach out to the seller, and if they ever respond, I will update this.

I wanted to try out a light roast coffee because I've read it's better on your gut health. I worried that the light roast would compromise flavor but I am happy to report that this coffee is delicious!

This pack came in stinking of chemicals. Smells like whom ever shipped it had a strong smell in the truck or the packaging that got transferred to the coffee. It’s going back.
