These are wonderful cold packs , especially for the price point. I use these after I have shots in my head for migraines and they work so well. I keep them in the freezer at all times (I’ve never used them as hot packs) and they are easy to use. They maintain the cold when directly on the skin for at least two hours, are malleable and soft, but maintain their shape. They are hefty and thick without being unwieldy. This is my second purchase and can’t imagine not having them on hand at all times. Highly recommend!

Works perfectly. Replacement for one that had been lost. Good product as it can be used for both hot and cold. Does a good job either way.

Ease of use, great value, keeps dish hot!

I haven't had the chance to use this yet so may edit my review after I do but it is not 8x11 as listed in the title or product description. It barely his 7" if you squish it down. It almost hits the 11 in length. So be aware that it is smaller than advertised.

This pack is DH's go to ice pack for his chronic knee and/or shoulder pain. Yes, it's like a brick when frozen, but 15-20 seconds in the microwave makes it moldable to conform, somewhat. We have had the original one since December 2015. He loved it so much that we ordered another in September 2016. Both mainly get daily use and remain in the freezer when not in use. I have been known to "borrow" one once in a while when I need one to keep grocery shopping chilled while out running errands. We are contemplating getting a third; one of our best Amazon purchases.
