Great Organic Almond Flour! Very light and fluffy! Keto recipes can be difficult to get just right and often end up very dense with some flours, which is not the result I am ever looking for. So far I’ve made crackers with this flour and I’m very happy with the way they turned out. Even my non-Keto husband says they are better than most “regular” crackers and he would eat them all the time! I will definitely buy this brand again and again. Just wish the 1 lb. package that’s available came in a larger size.

Love the fact it is gluten free. Smooth texture; mixes well. Made a 90 second cloud bread...fantastic taste!!

Our go-to almond flour. Great packaging that easily reseals. Product mixes with other ingredients well and does not over power (making everything taste like almonds). Could be a little cheaper but otherwise it's great.

This is by far the best almond flour that I have found. On top of how great it is, this flower is also organic which is nearly impossible to find in stores. I have been gluten-free for over 10 years due to a developed allergy and trying to cook with gluten free flour is always a bit difficult. Almond flour has such a different texture and is usually incredibly dense. This almond flour is far closer to the texture that I look for and it always arrives fresh. It is ground incredibly fine which makes it wonderful for baking. It is a little pricey, given that it comes in a smaller bag and how quickly you are likely to go through it. Overall, though I have found that it is worth the money that you pay.
