This is really nice! I went to a few local hardware chain stores but they had nothing that impressed me so I checked out Amazon. Score! This is just what I wanted! Even my contractor was impressed by the quality and he said it was easy to install. The item has a high-end look. The cool part is that it cost less than the mediocre ones at the hardware stores. Can't go wrong!

Super easy to install - husband said this was the easiest one he has ever installed. Loved how the fixture was protected while I installed the tile - I'm a little messy :) I had trouble finding a oil-rubbed bronze fixture with the rainhead and handheld both at our local Home Improvement Stores so I was excited to find this on Amazon. Looks amazing in my new shower!

These fixtures are high quality and probably the best feature in our home. Perfect water pressure and coverage. A delight every single time. We also love how these are ACTUALLY ADA. You'll notice other handheld wands have the toggle at the top of the showerhead, which is useless because anyone who would need to use the wand wouldn't be able to reach it. This fixture has the on/off toggle right on the faceplate with the hot/cold handle. Intelligent and well-made. We searched for hours before we found this shower faucet system and we chose correctly.

UPDATE: I am very pleased to update that Sun-Cleanse has made things right with us. They replaced both the shower arm and the mixer valve in an expedited manner (express shipping from China) and offered and provided additional remedies to make us happy customers. Very impressed with customer service! A bad situation turned around in the customer's favor! Thank you, Sun-Cleanse!While this shower system is pleasing to the eye, it is total junk. Both the mixer valve and the shower arm leak, even after several attempts to repair: Teflon plumbing tape, plumber's putty, etc.Finally located contact information, after reading several comments and reviews on Amazon to find a response that included an email address, and emailed SunCleanse about the leaking issues. We had to jump through many hoops, like supplying a video of the leaks. Their first response was to wrap Teflon plumbing tape around the shower arm where it connects to the brass fixture 10 times. When that quick fix did not remedy the leaks, SunCleanse requested a video of the leaking. Once I supplied the video, they wanted additional video and photographs of the mixer valve. I refused because it would require demolition of the construction on the outside of the shower wall.Finally, SunCleanse has agreed to replace the shower arm assembly and it is being shipped from CHINA. Now they want the number on the mixer valve before replacing it. Wished they had asked for that several emails ago. Just more delays and inconvenience for us.I would not recommend this product.

Purchased for a bathroom remodel. Great quality and craftsmanship. Love the features on the hand held shower, including the ability to turn off water from the handle, since we mounted the hot/cold lever at the opposite end of the shower. We installed a bench under the rain shower head, making it easy to use for elderly parents.

This worked wonders for the new shower my husband built. I find myself taking longer showers than before , it gives just the right amount of water , the hand held shower head is a plus. Also , my husband was able to install it within minutes.

I just finished the installation of this system a few minutes ago and it was definitely not the easiest thing I’ve ever done. But that was just a minor annoyance in this whole fiasco. As I was finishing up I went to straighten the arm, and wouldn’t you know it… the damn thing broke. The threading on the end of the arm detached somehow (and no I did not over tighten it). So now instead of taking a shower and going to bed, I am loudly cursing in my bathroom praying that I don’t wake the kids up and have to explain to them the meanings of the words I’m using. I would highly recommend you go to your local big box store or hardware store and buy a kit (even if it’s more expensive) that is made by a quality brand. If you try and save money by going with a cheaper option, it will most likely end with you shouting expletives. No matter which option you go with, you’ll end up paying a lot more than you bargained for.
