I grow my own - less expensive that way
I bought my own growing trays and use these to grow microgreens for my smoothies, salads, and sandwiches. I get a high germination rate and a good crop. The trays I got have holes that are too large for these seeds so I put a single layer of grade 50 cheese cloth on the tray. Works like a charm.

Great germination rate for sprouting and an excellent way to eat cabbage that is tender.

Good food.
If you are wanting to grow some of your own food, these are tasty, nutritious, and easy to grow. I grew them in a mason jar and was adding them to salads, sandwiches, soup, on top of a bowl of beans, and garnishing just about any meal.

Almost all seeds sprouted quickly
Very well packaged to protect seeds from crushing during transport. Tried first batch in quart sprouting jar and looks like almost all have sprouted and may be ready to eat now. Have not yet tasted.

Vigorous and beautiful
Some of the seeds started to germinate within a few hours of sewing. They grew vigorously and are a beautiful deep purple color.
