I love the taste of Tahini and use it to dress salads - thinned down with water and lemon juice it perks up an ordinary green salad: thinned down with water and with parsley added it is wonderful with fish. And of course for making your own humous.

I was recommended this tahini and boy it is good. Not bitter like supermarket tahini and a beautiful pouring consistency. Gorgeous stuff! It really is worth buying good quality tahini.
