Fantastic Company & Excellent Palo Santo!
If you're seeking legitimate, high quality Palo Santo and/or Palo Santo products, Luna Sundara and their products are the real deal! This is the first time I have tried their PS incense powder, but in the past, I've also purchased from them Palo Santo wood sticks, hand-rolled incense sticks, ground Palo Santo (which is similar to this incense powder, just not ground as finely), PS resin (which is absolutely *heavenly*, btw!), both types of Palo Santo essential oil they offer (they have Ecuadorian and Peruvian), a few of their necklaces made of Palo Santo wood beads (which smell SOOOO AMAZING!!!!) and now, of course, this incense powder. As for the purchase of this particular product, first, just as a testiment to their fantastic customer service, I will say that there was just a slight issue for which I contacted Luna Sundara directly via email, and they responded promptly (less than 24 hours) and without hesitation, they IMMEDIATELY rectified the situation.Being a top distributor of Palo Santo products across several different selling platforms, they must surely be kept extremely busy, but it is clear that customer service AND customer satisfaction is a top priority to them! (Something that is sorely lacking with a great many companies these days!)They are also a highly ethical company who, not only ensures that the Palo Santo for their products is ethically sourced, but they give back to the communities within the countries from which they source their Palo Santo, as well. This PS incense powder burns nicely, albeit more quickly than the PS grounds (which is to be expected, as this is a *powder*) and does have a lovely scent. For most people, the normal method for using this incense powder (as well as the grounds) is generally done by placing the powder atop charcoal pucks utilized for resin incenses, however, after running out of charcoal pucks, I found that it *can* also be burned alone, as well.I'm giving this PS incense powder 5 stars, as the quality IS top notch (as are ALL of their products!), in addition to the company's customer service also being top notch, as well.As a purely personal preference, I will probably go back to the ground Palo Santo next time as opposed to the powder, yet would still recommend giving this product a try for yourself.Honestly, you just really can't go wrong with ANY product purchased from Luna Sundara. This company is an expert in regard to Palo Santo, (if inclined to check out their website, it provides some really interesting information about the tree from which PS is derived; (for instance, NO "Palo Santo trees" are EVER cut down and killed, but rather, MUST die *naturally* AND be left undisturbed on the grounds of the forest floor for 5-10 years in order for the trees to then create the natural oils that give PS wood that intoxicatingly glorious scent!), and also shows how some of their products are made, as well as showing how their PS is sourced and the communities they work with, etc.All of their products are high quality and ethically sourced.Bottom line is that this is a company you can trust who provide high quality products, all of which I'd recommend trying!

I love this stuff more than is reasonable.
Other people I shared the Palo Santo incense with think it smells very good. Might just be me, but I think the scent is fantastic. I went ahead and bought a second bag, so I will never run out.I have a cone mold that I pack the powder into. When carefully turned out, the top of the cone can be easily lit (and then blown out). A cone smolders for about 10 to 15 minutes, which I think is pretty good length of time. This powdered incense doesn't work well with my powder incense ash mold. (The type that lays down a twisting line of incense, which should burn from one end to the other.) The line of incense isn't deep enough. Perhaps the 'powder' isn't fine enough. The cone works very well.As long as you know what to do with powdered incense, I highly recommend this type and brand.

Works very well
This is easy to use. It smells wonderful, and it is a great price. It burns long enough, but not so long as put a thick smoky haze in the house.I like this over the hand rolled incense. I find the stick acrid and unpleasant for every type of stick incense I have tried, not just this product.I burn this in a very small soapstone dish.I will purchase this again, and I will be getting friends some of this with a dish to burn it in.

Just My Opinion
I just needed something strong to scent my home as my new neighbors cooking leaves me feeling nauseous for hours on end (I think they recycle their cooking grease). Nothing was working until I came across this Palo Santo. I was looking for something dry and not heavily scented yet strong and enduring. I really wish people would use descriptive words to describe scents as “amazing” and “awesome” are subjective and not at all descriptive. If you too find yourself wondering what the scent is I’ll tell you this smells like the lumber department at Home Depot (which I like) with a bit of cedar smoking in the background. It’s quite nice and I like it. I burned a bit last night and when I returned home this morning it still lingered and it was nice to walk into. I might buy more once I’m out.
