GaggiaSaeco Pannaerello Wand, Steam Wand Frother

Illy X1 machines need a 6mm pannerello wand. This wand not only works good but is really an update/improvement to the original equipment. If you have an X1 machine and need a replacement wand.......this is the one to buy and the price is right.

Great quality product. I have a Gaggia Velasca and was not sure it would fit in there. It is a little tough to get set on correctly but once it is on it is perfect for the Velasca. Very happy with it for the price. Hopefully I don't drop this one down a running disposal like the last one haha.

It's exactly like the original for my Saeco Aroma. However, just like the original, the extension was not a good "upgrade". Professional espresso machines have a long stainless steel wand with an opening in the end. This wand with the plastic extension make lots of foam but doesn't allow you to control how much, so a lot of foam is too much for me. When I first got my Aroma, I removed the extension after struggling with it. I have way more control with just the short part with the small orifice in the end and it's great. I tried with just the metal arm, but the steam is too much. You need the restriction to get the foam producing action. I bought this because the part that attached to the metal arm cracked. I am back in business, in by own kitchen that is.

I purchased this as a replacement for my Saeco Xsmall. My wife went ahead and dropped my old plastic wand in the garbage disposal. I the machine for a while without the pannaerello want, and it worked okay. Once I install this, it's saved a ton of time on cleaning versus the original part. I felt like milk was always getting behind the old one, this one seems to have that problem a lot less frequently. The foam is good, the cleaning is easy, it's definitely worth the price.

Worked as intended.

When the wand for my Illy espresso maker finally broke, I bought this based on an Amazon review that said it worked as a superior replacement. That's exactly right. It fits the machine perfectly and produces better foam with less milk.

Doesn’t fit equipment it claims to.

Replaced wand that came with illy that broke after flying off and shooting across the room on multiple occasions. This unit works better than original and tightens onto the unit to prevent “fly off”
