My mother takes this regularly and it has all the essential vitamins to make sure she is not missing any from her daily consumptions. It's easy to swallow and the taste is not bad from what I've been told. She has been taking this for a few years now and don't find any faults withi it. I set up subscribe and save so she always have supply when she needs it. Easy!

I wanted the 70 + age because I thought they would be the best for me. I was concerned that the pills would be too big to swallow but these have been fine. I have been taking them for about three weeks and I do feel that I have more energy.

So three months later… I take these every day and I have not had any stomach issues at all! I would definitely buy these again. Good thing is I still have some in the bottle. But now I take them with a full belly of food and they make me extremely bloated and very ill feeling. It’s an upper gastric pain. I don’t feel like I’m going to throw up or have diarrhea. My stomach just hurts terribly. Maybe I’m too young to take these. ?? I know that sounds weird but I’m only 43. I was just trying to get the most bang for my buck and take care of my body the best I could now. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I’ll even be able to finish the bottle because they make me so sick feeling, it’s horrible. Maybe I should just take the normal centrum women’s vitamin.
