I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to use this at night or in the morning, as I had read mixed reviews, so I decided to try at night first and it was for sure the right choice. It’s definitely something that you have to incorporate into a routine, but I noticed it was significantly easier to fall asleep & stay asleep at night and there was an overall improvement in my motivation/ability to get up in the morning. All in all I’d definitely consider this a great product to add to your daily routine, would recommend!!

These are ok, really don't feel any difference.

The Calming vitamins are are very useful after a long day at work.I take one about 30-45 minutes before going to bed. Your muscles will start to relax and you will feel sleepy.I've been taking these for two months and have had no problems.However, you can't take these indefinitely as your body will no longer relax as well.So, three months on, three months off.In other words, it's a good short term solution.

Going through some very stressful days with a mother who is bedridden at the time and Dad who has medical issues, as well. Days can be very stressful!! I purchased these in hopes to gain some comfort and calm during the day. They have worked very well 😊 thank you!

I've nothing good or bad I can say about this product

I wake up to the 4 times a night and sometimes can’t go back to sleep. Since starting this I only wake up 1-2 times and so far have no trouble going back to sleep. I take 1 if I feel tired enough and 2 if I’m wide awake at bedtime
