THis is a great headset for working from home. The microphone works great, I never had a caller tell me they couldn't hear me. The fit is really comfortable, which is important because I need to wear these 8 to 10 hours a day. They are a good price, and very easy to control the mute and volume.

I've been using this daily for several months now at work. It is even used in voice to text. Though the voice to text isn't as accurate as I would like compared to other headsets I've used. Even when I bought and put a fuzzy mic cover on it. The little clip on the wire is annoying but thankfully you can move it up out of the way. The length of the cord is fine, I can make it from one side of my room to the other, while stretching my arm. It isn't leaving a dent in my skull like other heavier headsets did from being worn daily. The mic being adjustable is really helpful too.

I work in a call center and have been disappointed with several headsets I've purchased, these are by far the best. The sound quality is crisp and clear, and they're comfortable. I have a big head, at first my ears bothered me after wearing them a few hours, but that problem went away after I got used to them. I only turn the volume up on my laptop to 20 because they work so well, other headsets I would go up to 60. The ringing noise when I get a message on microsoft teams is a very nice feature, this was a great purchase.Update: This headset was cutting out on me when I was talking to customers, now they no longer work, when I plugged them in I got a message on my laptop "this USB product has malfunctioned". Very disappointed, only lasted 6 months, too good to be true.Update: I sent an e-mail to the customer service department about my dissatisfaction, and they allowed me to pick out another headset, also they refunded me right away. This company aims to please, can't say enough good things about how they handled my complaint.

The sound quality is great, but this product kept cutting out on my meetings, no audio, no mic. The first one we received failed within 15 minutes of plugging in the headphones, unplugging and trying a different USB port did the same thing, after doing that three time in my meetings I was done. Amazon replace it. The replacement was worse. The working time span went down to 5 minutes. Sent back for a refund.

Only got about a year's worth of use and then the microphone stopped working.

Noise cancelling feature is great. Headset is very comfortable as well. No issues here.

Update to this review: I used these for about 4-6 weeks and the mic went bad. I was really disappointed because I loved them so much. PLOT TWIST THOUGH!! I was looking at them again to buy them (because I seriously have tried so many types for work and these were far and away the best) and noticed there's a warranty! I contacted the seller and within12 hours, I had a response from them asking for my address to replace them!! And I have emailed a couple of more times to ask questions and been answered in less than 24 hours, even on the weekend. SO - I will be a repeat customer of this store. I will be a repeat buyer of this headset. And if you're looking for a reliable company to work with, this. is. it. Bottom Line. Great Company, Great Customer Support. Would give them more than five stars if possible.If you're looking for truly noise-canceling headsets, keep looking. I can have conversations and listen to outside music with these on. However, they have great sound quality through the mic. I use them for work and have no trouble at all with customers hearing me, and they're comfortable on my ears, which is a big deal. I wear glasses and headsets with smaller ear thingys (that's a technical term) press against the top of my ear and it really hurts by the end of the day. They cover my whole ear so they don't hurt. BUT THE MUTE BUTTON!!! It's on the cord, which means I lean against it and press it against my desk and mute the mic a lot. I have to clip it to the collar of my shirt to stop it from happening. Otherwise, I love them.
