Disappointed
Wooden Mortar Broke After Just One Month of Use.I purchased this wooden mortar with high hopes, expecting it to be durable and long-lasting, especially since it was marketed as a sturdy, traditional kitchen tool. Unfortunately, it completely fell apart after just one month of regular use.I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable mortar—it’s simply not worth it.Very disappointed with this purchase. Will be looking for a sturdier alternative.

Perfect
Just the right size to crush my cats fibre pellets to sprinkle on her food, and easy to hold in the hand to use. Looks great and seems good quality. The wood is nice and quiet in use unlike ceramic or stone.

Does the job intended
I got this for when my son was transitioning from formula to cows milk, I was told by a family member to add some cinnamon sticks to add some sweetness as he was not really drinking it. At first I was breaking by hand, but the flavour was not really coming out, by beating the cinnamon sticks I could tell right away from the aroma that this would make the drink more enjoyable, and its a winner!
