I've bought this a few times and am happy with the product. It mixes reasonably well (all creatine of this type leaves some residue). I take 5 grams before and after each workout and I believe it's contributed to my strength gains- even at age 64.Only complaint is that I've never had a bag where the top closure worked for long. I always wind up having to use a chip clip to keep it sealed.

Great quality for the price. I'd recommend getting another container to keep it in so you don't have to fumble with a bag each time you use it. The scoop is very sturdy too.

If you don't like the grainy taste of creatine mixed in your water this is the product for you. I went from taking the 7 capsule version to get up to 5 grams of creatine to only 2 of these giant capsules to get 5 grams. This is definitely easier if taking large capsules is something you can do.
