You will be hungry for 9 days
So you don’t eat for 3 whole days to start with!! Besides 1 watery shake in the after noon, but really that’s it!! Than for 6 days you eat one 600 kcal meal per day and the other meals are these shakes again. There is a list of veggies you can eat but you’ll be just hungry for 9 days and my boyfriend wasn’t happy about that lol. I did lose 3 kg in 9 days (doesn’t seem healthy) but my goal was to detox not to lose weight. Idk if that’s a wrong choice of me with this product.
