Works well
Because of its size and location, this item is very vulnerable should your Hoover fall over on a ceramic floor. This is well made and fits, perhaps a tad tighter than the original and I think it is slightly better quality than the original.

Perfect fit
After not standing my hoover correctly, the hoover unfortunately fell and the bin broke...I am forever breaking things in my house and partner asked me to buy a new 1 with the impression i will look after it more if I brought it.. I purchased this replacement and he can not be happier.. he messaged me at work saying PERFECT FIT..

Good but filter difficult to get in
The price is good compared to an original replacement. The only issue is the filter is tight to get in but other than that it works great and fits well onto the hoover.

Although this canister fits quite well be aware there are no fittings inside. I was prepared to put in a new filter but hadn't considered the vortex. Fortunately I hadn't disposed of the broken item so didn't have to replace it. I do have to agree with other customers that the design is poor and breaks easily. Mine broke after falling over.

Awful. Way too tight and cracked immediately.
I bought this as a replacement for my Hoover H-Free 500 because the previous cylinder that came with the hoover had cracked and would no longer lock in place. I bought this hoping that instead of buying a whole new hoover it would solve my problems. But to my annoyance it seems like this cylinder is actually tighter than the last one and almost as soon and I turned it into place a crack appeared in the cylinder. It's now so tight on the inner mechanisms as well that I have to practically wrestle it out of the cylinder each time and inevitably I am covered in the dust and dirt I just hoovered up. Absolutely rubbish, waste of money.

Fits perfectly.
I was worried this wouldn’t fit like the factory made product but i was proven wrong. Fits perfectly with no issues. Hoover continues to work perfectly.
