Not expansive and works fine
Bought as a second panel for my small workshop/shed. This has now been running for 48 hours and seems fine to me. Gives out a similar amount of heat to another similarly sized panel from another supplier. Good for small areas. Cheap to run too if the information is correct.👍

Works great
I placed it just above my monitor. Heats my workspace and keeps me warm. You can see my thermostat on desk is reading 21c. Outside temp is 9c when that reading taken. The 180w won't travel much further beyond my workspace but thats all I need. Costs me about 5c snd hour to run and I don't need to turn on any other heating in room. I find on cold morning just need to turn on main heating in room for boost and then panel is sufficient to keep temperature comfortable after that around my desk area. If you want the heat to travel further then need to go up to the stronger wattage options. This is not like an normal convection heater its infrared rays that heat you and objects but not space i.e air just like the sun heats earth and you and does not heat space. Drops a star as no stand supplied and needs to be bought as an extra. It has screws to be bolted to a wall. Can't really be put on ceiling as power cord thick and only 2m long

This works very well under my desk
This works very well under my desk to keep my legs and feet warm using very low power only thing is you really need to be quite close to feel immediate heat however it does create ambient heat.

Disappointed to much flex and fixing method disappointing
Bought this for son’s bedroom . Hopeless. Fixings mean it can not be fixed flush on the wall so tilts down like a hanging a picture. When it heats up it buckles. Yes it gets warm but looks awful. Sent back and got a refund

Flimsy
I bought this as a bit of an experiment having not tried infrared heating before. Of course it is the wrong time of year to really test the heating efficiency but I switched it on just to make sure it worked. I could feel some heat but I could not say it was a real test. The reason I describe this unit as flimsy is that it is fitted to the wall /ceiling by sliding the thing on to two screws. The metal is incredibly thin. I had intended to fit it to the ceiling of a shed but I did not like to risk it falling. The generic instructions indicate there should be four screws, on in each corner but there appeared to be no way of doing that, perhaps because it was a small unit. I shall see how this works come the winter but at present I am a bit pessamistic. Another minus is that there is no heat control, just on/off. A further issue with the instructions is that they say there should be 10cm behind the unit but given the method of fixing that seems impossible.

Cheap to run
I have 2 of the small panels and one large. The small panels are ideal for one person, next to you in a home office or beside a sofa or armchair.I’m very careful when it comes to energy use at home and bought these as we only really use the lounge for most of the day/evening. I used the 2 smaller panels and our bioethanol fire last winter but my youngest is mobile now so decided to upgrade the panels instead of having the fire going, kids manage to get into everything they shouldn’t!The large panel works as I expected, heats up extremely quickly, doesn’t leave ‘cold spots’ around the room and as long as the door is shut, it doesn’t need to be on very long to keep a comfortable temperature.Of course it is cheaper than having the boiler running and heating the whole house and uses little more than a third of all the fan heaters that companies claim are cost efficient and low energy (even though they run at 2kw!)The only negative point about these heaters is the power lead, being 2m, they aren’t long enough to mount the panels on our ceiling without having to run extension cables up the wall. Other brands have optional 5m leads that you can purchase and it would be ideal if the manufacturer could make panels with the same. Also for those that aren’t aware, you can buy a thermostat plug which will switch the panel on or off for around £25 on amazon and maintain the room at the temperature you desire without you having to plug and unplug the panel throughout the day

Inefficient when it's proper cold
After using this for a month, it's time for a review... I got the 600 watt size 39.5*23.4 inch version, so it's anything but tiny. It is advertised to have a heatable range of 6-8 m², that's proper bs; I use it in a small office, the range is limited to close proximity (I'd say 30cm) especially when it's very cold, you will still need to wear a thick jumper. In extreme temperature (>0c) it is pretty much useless and I have to use an oiled filled radiator, the only plus is that it's mountable so it's not in your way. Yeah a bad pruchase for me.

Infrared panel heater
Bought this as my kitchen area doesn't have a radiator. Can be quite cool in winter. This panel heater has made the difference. Heats up quickly, be sure not to touch it and make sure its high enough if you have pets and children
