Good substitute for O.E.M.
Fits same as original, seems to filter just as well. If OEM is too pricey, this would be fine substitute. I would buy again.

What was I so afraid of?
I have been putting off replacing our LG water filter with this because of all the scare tactics about damaging the filter in the refrigerator with an off LG brand. I looked at Youtube videos, read instructions and took the plunge. I didn't turn off the water supply to the fridge, removed the old filter by turning counter clockwise. Had about 1 tablespoon of water leak from the attachment point. Replacing the filter with the new Icepure was much easier than I expected. I inserting into nozzle, turned clockwise until it wouldn't go any further and closed the bin. Easy and took 2 minutes! You have to run about 2 gallons of water through the new filter to get rid of the sediment from the charcoal but the new water tastes like filtered water should! I compare it to Evian.

I have used these on two different refrigerators and they have all worked very good, no leaks or problems!

Air Filter Do Not Fit Our LG LRFOC2606S Refrigerator
Ordered this product after asking the vendor if it would fit our LG refrigerator Model # LRFOC2606S. The vender confirmed that it would. The water filters work fine but the air filters are too large for this unit. Do not purchase the ICE PRO ADQ74793501 NSF/ANSI 401 product if you expect the air filters to work; they don't. I expected these items to work so I didn't try them earlier and I have passed the date to return these items.

Great Filters, Less Cost
I have an LG refrigerator and used their filters for years. However, they seem very expensive to me and I looked for alternatives. I switched to these about 3 years ago and feel that they are just as good as the LG filters. The ice and water seem to be the same quality and they install just as easily. I have had no issues or leaks, but I have saved money.

Just installed the filter and I must say, 8/10 on taste. Being a super taster, everything has a flavor (good or bad) and this filter is pretty tasty. It's not zero water level, but a little flavor grip on your taste buds isn't a bad thing.

Not happy with customer service....
Bought this item twice.....latest filter change would not work as the manifold would not reset to the right position to accept their filter....company service (which they claim is outstanding) only has email service (no chat...not phone number or person to speak to) and after responding twice and me paying $16 for reset tools, they would not respond to multiple emails as their procedure did not correct the problem...in the end, had to have a professional repair the mechanism at a cost of $150...he warned me that using non-OEM parts exacerbates the problem of the manifold not resetting....note that the company never offered to refund me in any way....

Fit my LG fridge at a great price
I was really happy with the cost and fit. Everything went in with no issues and I now have 1.5yrs of service parts including the 1/2 year I'll get out what I installed. Be sure to run the water for at least a gallon of water through the door. The water filter has a lot of carbon to rinse out.
