I’ve been using collagen powders and tablets for a few months now and Ancient & Brave is my favourite brand. It dissolves easily in my morning coffee, leaves no taste, and I have found that it is starting to help with my aches in the morning. I’m no expert but the quality is good in comparison to others I’ve tried. I’ve ha no side effects from this product , unlike when I took tablet form collagen and it is good value for money in comparison to other brands.

Decided I need to leave a review for this magic powder! Sorry, life changing magic powder!Magnificent. Incredible. Amazing. Can’t live without!So you might see the £30 price tag and think it’s a bit spenny! I get that! But it’s a £1 a day really! And that’s value for money in my opinion!I’m 45 years old and either peri or full menopause. I don’t know. I don’t need to know whilst this magic potion works for me. 6 months or so ago I was aching to the point where I thought if I moved my arms above my head they might actually break in half. Getting out of bed in the morning almost made me cry! Sitting on the toilet actually hurt! So I started to take this on the daily! I now spring out of bed and I can reach up high. I can heavy lift items again! It’s an absolute joy, no more pain. I’m sleeping better. My hair has grown like you wouldn’t believe. I even have nails! Nails that don’t break!Best part! Dissolves easily into my morning coffee. No taste. No smell. Nothing!If you’re in your 40’s like me and you are starting to struggle with the expected menopausal moaning! Take this. When I first bought this product, I wasn't sure it would actually be completely odourless - but it actually is. I love the way it can be dissolved in hot drinks as well as cold, which makes it really easy to use. As well as not having a smell, it is also pretty much tasteless and so can literally be added to any drink. I think it has made a real difference to my both my skin and joints - my skin feels plumper and more glowing - and I haven't noticed any of the previous joint pain I used to have, so I can only assume it's helping there too. My hair also feels stronger and thicker too, so I believe that it's working well. Although it's not super cheap, I do think it's made of quality ingredients so offers decent value for money. The recommendation of how much to use is a but vague, but I think that allows you to decide how much you want to take within the guidance, depending on your lifestyle and need etc. This is a wonderful product that has become a regular staple in my world.

Good supplement - based taken in smaller doses initially to introduce it and then build up slowly to full dose . Very easy to take and I’m already seeing improvement in my skin

Perfect for travelling or when on the go.I bought these sachets due to going abroad and I am not disappointed.Being in my 40's, I have been using Ancient and Brave for 3 months and I have noticed the difference in my hair, skin and nails.My nails are stronger, my skin is more hydrated and my hair is starting to look less dull and lank.It is tasteless, odourless and perfect in my morning coffee ☺️

The package was a bit dented but the bottle was intact. There is no odder from the powder and it dissolves well in hot drinks. There was no inside leaflet with instructions or advice on the powder. There is light information on the box and bottle. I never got the gold spoon scoop advertised on other sites, this made me wonder if I had bought a different one to what Davina has been advertising. Still not sure 🤔

This stuff is honestly a game changer. I’ve been taking it for a month now and I can confidently say it’s made a difference. My skin looks so much better and I’ve had quite a few compliments lately which is always nice. My nails are stronger and even have a bit of a natural shine to them which I’ve never noticed before.I add a scoop to my morning coffee and it mixes in perfectly. It hasn’t changed the taste of anything I’ve tried it with, which I really appreciate. You don’t need a lot either, so one tub goes a long way.I feel good in myself too—just a bit more well overall, like my body’s actually soaking up the benefits. I’ll definitely be topping up when I run out. Love this product and would happily recommend it to anyone thinking about giving collagen a try.

Have tried other collagens, this one has the least taste or smell and seems to help with some of my issues. Use it to help with perimenopausal hair loss and skin/joint ageing issues. I have tried stopping using this collagen to see if it made a difference and it certainly did- staight back on it again. Bottle looks great in the kitchen too!
