Great Value.
The reviews of knives all want a full tang which this has. Sturdy rivets. Non round handle to avoid slipping. Good Steel. High Carbon, but not so much it is brittle. So many of the high end knives can't be used for everyday cutting since this would chip the edge. The fancy unsymmetrical angle of sharping also means it can be difficult of left handed use. This knife is balance at the front bolster where the index finger holds the knife. It is heavy for good cutting and not so heavy as to be manuverable. It arrives pretty sharp and seems hard to sharpen, but then it is hard to dull. It is important to have everyday chores become easy, even fun and this helps in preparing and cooking meals. I will know more once I have used and learned to sharpen it well.

Excellent basic chefs knife
I am happy with the weight, hand feel and sharpness of this chefs knife. It does a nice job slicing and dicing food like onions, tomatoes and apples. It seems well made and very nice especially considering it was $10 usd. This is now my go to large knife. I’ve had a couple other sets, nothing super expensive but they just didn’t cut as well as this one.

Great knife for a bargain price!
I am quite pleased with this knife so far. It has a good weight and feel to it, the blade is super sharp, and it does not look like a cheapie. I'm happy with it, and hope it holds up for a long time.

Good Knife for the price
Knife is sharp out of the box and does everything a chef's knife should. It is well balanced and for the price can't be beat. Had a similar feel to a Wusthof Classic Icon I have used in the past.

I'm amazed by this knife
I collect kitchen knives, and I'm amazed by this one. I have Wusthof and Mac knives. I only used it for one day and will see how long it stays sharp and durable. I recommend this knife for its weight, looks, sharpness, and feel quality. I love the price.

Affordable pricing does not necessarily equate to 'cheap'
I'm an Old Man, raised in the North amongst people most progressives would demean as primitive. Well, these primitives knew two things, if little else. The benefits of a good knife and the very real threat of Progressivism to their country. I've learned over my 78 years that they knew their stuff on both counts. This knife, which I've used since early December 2023, is a Winner. I can't attest to its Edge HOLDING abilities though. Regular use of both Ceramic Rod and 'Sharpening Steel' (a misnomer, by the way) assure a very sharp and controllable knife. In May of 2024 I gifted one to my daughter. Haven't asked and she's not commented ... know though, I'd have heard any negatives as she's a great and prolific cook.Highly recommended.

Buy it !
Fabulous knife! Very sharp, great balance, solid feel. I bought a WÜSTHOF Classic 8" Chef's Knife 170.00 a year ago and I think this knife is just as good maybe better. Definitely worth the price.
