I use this flour on the tops of my sourdough loaves and it is the BEST rice flour for scoring. Other rice flour bakes into the loaves, but this one is nice and smooth.

This rice flour is not only economical, but it's killed to perfection for dusting my bannetons and proofed sourdough.. only one I use! I use it for stretching pizza dough as well..

Best rice flour on the market. Gluten free, great to use for baking. Don't buy those over priced pancake mixes or baked goods. You can easily substitute regular flour with this rice flour product. Extremely easy to use and texture is great.

This flour is soft and easy to use and measure. No lumps. Light taste. Made cat treats and they were so easy to make and the flavor of the broth and meat were easily detected. Will use for other things. Plus, this package of 3 was a great buy here!!
