I bought this to replace the cable that shipped with my Dell U2720QM 4K monitor. I've had that monitor for many years and the cable it comes with has worked just as long, but it's ugly, and its stiffness makes it feel like it's too short sometimes, even though it shouldn't be. I tried a CableMatters 6ft cable first to replace it, and it simply didn't work well or sometimes at all. I went back to the factory cable, assuming that there was some special sauce other manufacturers couldn't put in theirs. Then on a whim, I ordered this despite the price seeming too good to be true and it being marked as frequently returned, but it works! It has identical functionality to the factory cable, it looks good, and thanks to it not being too thick or stiff, I found 3.3ft to be long enough. Charging speeds are seemingly identical, but I tested with my MacBook Air, so consider it untested whether it can go higher than 40W. Based on every other part I tested being perfect, I would assume it goes up to 100W as advertised. I usually avoid no-name cables but I'm glad I rolled the dice this time because I was lucky. I can't yet vouch for the high data speeds, but since this isn't a Thunderbolt or a USB4 cable, I imagine a lot of people just want it to plug in to an external monitor with peripherals, and this gets that job done flawlessly. If that's your use case, just get this and pocket all the money you would've had to spend on a more widely known brand and/or Thunderbolt/USB4.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Solid capable, I brought it as a replacement for a cord to my portable monitor and it works like a charm.Durability:Much more durable than the cord that came with the portable monitorLength:The length is perfect for my uses, with a portable monitor I didn't want too much length in between the laptop and the portable monitor. If I was using the cord for different purposes then I might have gone with a longer cord.

This is a very fast cable constructed of high nylon that's not to thick so it bends and moves nicely i use it with my controller to get the lowest latency this is a USB 3.2 cable and does make a difference with this use case especially for using to transmit video signals from laptop mac studio etc it has enough bandwidth for 4k 60 fps transmission it can also charge your laptop aswell while transmitting video at the same time overall I would recommend this USB cable for its performance and value for the money this cable also gets the gaming eagle seal of approval 🦅👍🥇✨

A great use for camera gear however the cable started to short out after three months of use

Cable is long enough and braided. Allows me to use either end of my portable 14 inches HP monitor. Not only does it power the monitor also also provides video feed.

This is so much better quality of a USB cablethat comes with any phone. Heavier wire and metal plugs, though a couple of inches shorter than what comes in the OEM box. The length works for me.
